-El otro 40% irá para sus hijos, Prince (13), Paris (12) y Blanket (8).

-El 20% restante, en tanto, sera destinada para obras de caridad.

Sin embargo, los hijosde Michael Jackson solo harán uso paulatino de su dinero: a los 21 años podran solicitar efectivo de su fondo respectivo, a los 30 podran utilizar el tercio del total, a los 35 controlaran la mitad de la fortuna y a los 40 podran disponer totalmente del dinero.
